Indian Eyes



Guide me sweet soul my teacher

To see thru Indian eyes

That while I walk amidst the ruins

I may dance with you in the skies



Quench my thirst by your rolling streams

Let my breath be of mountain air

Harken my ears to only your whisper

That these be of all I may care



Yea, such was my tortured illusion

Behind blindness, I slept with lies

Tho forsaken not, came your embrace

Loving open these Indian eyes
