#238 The Latest Pause for Beauty

Just wanted to comment on the latest Pause for Beauty. I find that one stays on track more successfully when we feel from the heart. Once we get up in our head we can think and rethink and thoroughly confuse ourselves about what is important. We lose the real essence of who we are. Feel from the heart and it all becomes clear.
